Ensure that your tea products are unopened with the original seal intact, or that your accessories are in their original packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
